Legal foods that can cause hallucinations!

If you do not follow the recommendations of nutritionists and doctors, some harmless types of food and drink can be converted into a strong hallucinogenic means that will make you see and hear things that are not actually there!

1. One US study showed that drinking seven cups of coffee a day can cause hallucinations. After this amount, respondents perpetrated sounds and some have felt the presence of ghosts.

2. Chocolate contains anandamide, a compound that, in large quantities in the body, can produce an effect very similar to smoking marijuana. Person of approximately 60 kilograms (132 pound) weight should consume about 11 pounds of chocolate to feel the effects of this compound.

3. Consumption of immature mulberry can also cause hallucinations, and indigestion.

4. Stilton cheese with mold can disrupt night's rest. A British study found that eating 20 grams of cheese before bed causes bizarre dreams.

5. Hot pepper causes numbness in the mouth and throat, a substance capsaicin from this herb stimulates the body to increase production of endorphins, which make you feel extremely pitch and a bit 'drugged'.

6. Some types of mushrooms contain hallucinogenic agents such as psilocybin and psilocin, which amplify emotions and perception of things in space.

7. Poppy is a spice with a strong narcotic properties because it contains high percentages of alkaloids morphine. Remember this when you want to reach for another slice of poppy spiced food.   

8. The head of the fish from the family Sparidae bamboo fish can cause hallucinations for days. Moreover, in ancient Rome these fish dishes were served because of its narcotic properties.

9. Ergotism is poisoning of rye flour that is infected with ergotamine. Poisoning is manifested with hallucinations, convulsions, also in dying of sensation in the fingers.

10. Nutmeg contains myristicin substance with a strong narcotic effect, which is why the consumption of large quantities of this spice could lead to nausea, headaches and severe hallucinations.
