Audi R8 V10 Decennium - a special edition in honor of the ten-year of V10 5.2 FSI engine!

On December 8, 2008, Audi on internet introduced a more powerful R8 with an atmospheric 10-cylinder engine that debuted in Detroit in January 2009. On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of this engine, a special version was prepared.

To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the debut of the 5.2 liter V10 engine at the Detroit Auto Show, Audi has prepared a special edition of the R8 model lacquered in a beautiful matte Daytona gray and the FSI engine and 20-inch wheels.

If the customer wants a different color, then he can get the R8 V10 Decennium in several metallic shades, such as Acari Blue, Kemora Gray, Mythos Black, Floret Silver and Suzuka Gray. The limited version has a lot of great black details on the front spoiler, doorstep and rear diffuser. Even the logo and labels are in black, as well as the majority of the interior, where contrast makes only a bronze thread.  

Since the model is based on the most powerful R8, it means that the V10 delivers 620 hp and accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.1 seconds, achieving a maximum speed of 331 km / h. 

Production will be limited to 222 copies, each costing 222,000 euros in Germany, where the standard R8 V10 Performance Quattro on which this particular model is based is sold for 200,000 euros. Sale starts this spring.
