RoastMe is currently the fastest growing default subreddit on the whole reddit and there is a pretty good reason for that.

Everyone loves to witness good roasting and this is exactly why this sub-reddit is set up. Basically, people are brave enough to post a picture of themselves holding a piece of paper and asking people to roast them. Then, if you haven’t already guessed, they will be roasted by kind folk of reddit. HARD.

Usually this kind of abuse is not cool at all in real life and online, but in this case people were literally looking for it - so we really couldn't defend them. And the resulting roasting is seriously brutal. Enjoy these hilarious Reddit roasts.

If I've learned one thing, it's that life is far too short to involve yourself in anything you have to question. You know that mindset when you were young where you adopted this vision of becoming a superhero? And another where you envisioned yourself living that fairytale, storybook love that sets your soul on fire? I think it's tragic that we 'grow up' and we let these ideas go. Perhaps you won't find yourself wearing a cape and soaring through the skies, but what circumstances, what 'rules', what ideas of 'reality' ever allowed us to let go of the possibility of becoming your own superhero? What ever lead us to believe that the kind of love that sends a shiver down your spine and makes your heart skip a beat only exists in fairytales? I truly believe everything happens for a reason and that if you dig deep and allow yourself to get lost in silence, in moments of pure existence, your heart always knows what's right. When you listen to that inner voice, you'll know where to turn. Don't allow yourself to settle for what's comfortable, mediocre and safe. Set yourself free and know that wherever you are, you are right where you need to be. You are capable of achieving anything you want in life. The only variable holding you back is you.
