1. Western Bacon Burgers With BBQ Mayo And Crispy Onion Strings
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
½ white onion
2 cups buttermilk
½ cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
⅓ cup BBQ sauce
⅓ cup mayo
1 avocado, sliced

2. Barbecue Pork Burgers
Ingredients
For the slaw
1/4 cup store bought or homemade mayonnaise
1 tablespoon milk
1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
