How to remove wheel nuts easily

Changing the wheels is not too hard, but when the screws "get stuck" then hell starts ...

If you've changed the wheel at least once, you know how difficult it is to unscrew the screws on the rim. Although we have screwdriver wrenches in our tire change kits, they are simply not enough to turn old and rotten screws. Their distraction is difficult for several reasons. The first thing is the rust and dirt that settles and makes their release difficult, and the second reason is their tightness.

If you change the tires at tire repair shop, you will notice that they very often use pneumatic guns, which in a few seconds tighten and release all the screws. It is these guns that tighten the screw to the very limit that it is almost impossible to later unscrew it.

However, there is a way to help you unscrew all the screws with ease. All you have to do is make a big enough lever, and the physics will do its job. The bigger the lever, the greater the force of spin, and since the wrench you get in the tire changing kits is small, then you need to build on something else to help.

You can buy these accessories at various auto shops, but you can also use a plain hollow metal pipe that you simply put over the wrench to unscrew the screws.

  1. Dumb dumb. Stand on the dang wrench and use your body weight to loosen the lug nut. Don’t pull up on the wrench , sure way to pull a muscle. Use your body weight.
