Husband Sues Wife For ‘Every Penny’ He Spent On Son (8) He Discovered Was Fathered By Another Man

I seriously doubt that he will win this lawsuit, but he should definitely win it ..
A in man UK sued his unfaithful wife after he discovered that he was not the father of their eight-year-old son.
 
A man wants a woman to return "every penny" he spent on a child he thought it was his, but actually the father is someone she had an affair with.
 
He also wants her to compensate for distress and wants her to reveal the name of another man.

You often see people who are "full of remorse" when they are caught doing something bad and may have to face the music in front the judge. While I am not one of those people who will tell you that every person needs to test his child's DNA, I will tell you that this has happened a lot and if you suspect for any reason, it's worth doing if you want to know. Jeanette Papp of the University of California at Los Angeles said that in USA 1 in 10 men are unknowingly raising a child that isn't theirs. The point is, if this test returns wrong, this will probably be a serious consequence in your life. I would definitely like to know, but for some people, I'm sure it's “where ignorance is bliss, ’tis folly to be wise”.
